("Manatron") is filing this Amendment No. 1 to Current Report on Form 8-K/A for the purpose of including the financial information required under Item 9.01 of Form 8-K, which was not available at the time of the earlier filing. On February 1, 2006, Manatron filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission the Current Report on Form 8-K to which this amendment relates.
