Tanger Marital Trust was the general partner, was dissolved in connection with the settling of the estate of Stanley K. Tanger, founder of Tanger Factory Outlet Centers, Inc. The common shares were distributed pro rata to the individual beneficial owners of the Tanger Family Limited Partnership and thus the Tanger Family Limited Partnership is no longer deemed the beneficial owner of such shares. |
