The following amends the participant information included in the Schedule
14A filed by El Paso Corporation on February 18, 2003, as previously
amended by filings on Schedule 14A filed by El Paso on March 18, 2003 and
April 1, 2003 by adding James L. Dunlap (who as of April 7, 2003 held no
shares of El Paso common stock and 5,000 options) under the listing of
directors.
