As of July 31, 2017, the Company had 12,620,262 common shares issued and outstanding, compared to 12,117,966 as of December 31, 2016, an increase of 502,296.

Based on the July 31, 2017 closing stock price of $0.37 per share, the Company’s market cap is $4,669,497.
