On June 14, 2016, the Company announced that effective June 20, 2016, Jack Roddy will be joining the Company as the Chief Human Resources & Culture Officer and, also effective June 20, 2016, Jill Kermes, the Company’s current Senior Corporate Affairs Officer will be promoted to the position of Chief Corporate Affairs Officer. David Hammer, the Company’s current Chief Human Resources Officer, will remain with the Company as Chief Administrative Officer through August 31, 2016, to assist during the transition process.
