On April 2, 2012, the company filed a definitive proxy statement and a first amendment to the proxy statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "Proxy Statement"). Subsequent to the filing of the Proxy Statement, one of our director nominees, William L. Driscoll, announced his candidacy for United States Congress in the 6th Congressional District of Washington State. Mr. Driscoll has advised us that if he is elected to Congress in November, 2012, he will resign from our board of directors.
