(b) Effective October 29, 2010, Jason Garner’s employment as Chief Executive Officer, Global Music of Live Nation Worldwide, Inc. ("LNW"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Live Nation Entertainment, Inc. (together with LNW, the "Companies"), ceased and Mr. Garner has left the Companies as of such date.
