(b) On March 20, 2008, Mark J. Ratain, M.D., informed the Company's Board of Directors of his intention not to stand for re-election as a Director at the Company's 2008 Annual Meeting of Shareholders in June 2008 (the "Annual Meeting"). Dr. Ratain will continue his service as a Director of the Company until the expiration of his current term at the Annual Meeting.
