(Bradesco) informs its shareholders and the Market in general that the Board of Directors of IRB Brasil Resseguros S.A., Company in which it holds indirect ownership interest, in a meeting held on November 19, 2015, resolved to request the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission – CVM, on the same date, interruption, for 60 working days, of the analysis of Public Offering, regarding the application for registration as a publicly-held company, category A, object of a statement that Bradesco released to the market on August 21, 2015.
