SECTION 5 – Corporate Governance and Management
Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
Effective February 1, 2015, David Lester will transfer from the role of Chief Operating Officer to Vice President, Channel Management to help the company further optimize and grow its promotional network’s performance and transactions. Mr. Lester’s previous employment contract is no longer in effect and his salary is $135,000.
