On March 2, 2009, Live Nation, Inc. (the Company or Live Nation) issued a press release announcing its results of operations for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2008. A copy of that press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated herein by reference.
