Anthony F. Earley, Jr. has tendered his resignation from the Board of Directors of Comerica Incorporated (“Comerica”), effective February 28, 2009. On February 20, 2009, Comerica issued a press release regarding Mr. Earley’s resignation. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
