Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory arrangements of Certain Officers

On March 29, 2007, Joseph I. Emas submitted his resignation as a member of the Board of Directors of Coach Industries Group, Inc. Mr. Emas indicated that the time devoted to his law practice did not permit him the time needed to fulfill his future obligations as a member of the Board of Directors.
