SkyePharma PLC ("the Company")
As a result of transactions on 30 September 2005 the SkyePharma PLC General Employee Benefit Trust acquired an additional 697,675
Ordinary Shares of the Company at an average price per share of 40.67 pence, bringing the total held in the Trust to 6,086,504
Ordinary Shares. These additional shares along with the existing shares held in the Trust will be used to satisfy existing and future
grants of shares to employees of the Company under the Company's share plans.
