Notification of Interests of Directors
The Company was informed on 3rd June 2005 by Alan Bray, a Non-Executive Director of SkyePharma PLC, that on 3rd June 2005 he had purchased 100,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 53.5 pence per share. As a result of the transaction Mr Bray now has a beneficial interest of 100,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company.
