The Heitman REIT Fund, a Series of PBHG Funds Trust, Penn Series Funds, Inc. REIT Fund, a Series of Penn Series Funds, Inc., the Old Mutual Advisor Funds and 4,206 separate account clients have given dispositive power to Heitman Real Estate Securities LLC the right to receive or the power to direct the receipt of dividends from, or proceeds from the sale of 3,223,492 shares, 10.61% of this issuer.
