99.1 is furnished herewith. This press release and supplemental

American Land Lease will hold its’ first quarter earnings conference
call on May 9, 2008 at 9:30 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time to discuss first
quarter 2008 results. Participation in the conference call can be

minutes before the conference call is scheduled to begin or may also be
