On March 2, 2006, The Children's Place Retail Stores, Inc. (the
"Company") issued a press release announcing certain financial information for
the month ended February 25, 2006 and the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended
January 28, 2006, as well as the Company's updated outlook for fiscal 2006. A
copy of the Company's press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
