On November 14, 2011, the Registrant issued a press release announcing its third quarter 2011 unaudited financial results. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
On November 25, 2011, the Registrant issued a press release announcing that it had repaid all remaining convertible notes (worth $1 million in the aggregate) from the institutional investors to which the Registrant issued the convertible notes in 2007. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.2 hereto.
