On July 6, 2010, Maiden Holdings, Ltd. issued a press release announcing its entry into a definitive agreement to acquire the majority of the reinsurance-related infrastructure, assets and liabilities of GMAC International Insurance Services, Ltd.  A copy of the press release is hereby furnished to the Commission and incorporated by reference herein as Exhibit 99.1.
