Item
1.01. Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement
On
December 30, 2005, the Company acquired a 2005 Embraer Legacy (“Legacy”)
aircraft from John Wing Aviation, LLC (“Wing”). The Company traded in its
existing aircraft and paid Wing an additional $19 million for the
Legacy.
