Item 2.03. Creation of a Direct Financial Obligation or an Obligation under an Off-Balance Sheet Arrangement of a Registrant
On November 18, 2004, the Company amended the terms of a real estate operating lease related to its Houston Service Center location. The amendment extended the lease to September 30, 2014 from the original termination date of September 30, 2010 resulting in an incremental obligation to the Company of approximately $4,000,000.
