Item 8.01 Other Events

 

                On July 29, 2008, Angelica Corporation, a Missouri corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing that its shareholders voted to approve the Agreement and Plan of Merger, dated as of May 22, 2008, by and among the Company, Clothesline Holdings, Inc. and Clothesline Acquisition Corporation (the “Agreement and Plan of Merger”), at a special meeting of the Company’s shareholders.  A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.  The Agreement and Plan of Merger was originally filed by the company as an exhibit to its Current Report on Form 8-K filed May 23, 2008.
