Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On October 30, 2006, NovaDel Pharma Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release to report its financial results for the fiscal year ended July 31, 2006. A copy of the press release is furnished pursuant to this Item 2.02 as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.

On October 31, 2006, the Company issued a press release announcing positive results from a pilot pharmacokinetic study comparing its new and improved formulation of Zolpidem Oral Spray to Ambien® tablets.
