Results of Operations and Financial Condition |
On April 25, 2007, Pharmion Corporation issued a press release
describing the financial results of the Company for the quarter ended
March 31, 2007. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit
99.1 and is being incorporated herein by reference.
